Program terms
Version 2026-09. Applies to everyone who applies on or after 12 September 2026.
1. What the program is
AgentFoundry, a product of TechBeat LLC ("we"), pays approved affiliates ("you") a share of the subscription revenue we collect from customers who sign up through your personal link. You are an independent marketer, not our employee, agent, or representative.
2. Who qualifies
You apply through our form and we decide, at our discretion, whether to approve you. We may decline or later end your participation for any reason, including conduct that in our judgment harms our reputation or our customers. Your link earns nothing before approval.
3. What counts as a referral
A referral is a new customer who creates a self-serve solo AgentFoundry account within the attribution window after clicking your link, where our systems record the attribution. The window is currently 30 days and the most recent affiliate link clicked wins. Accounts you create for yourself, accounts created with your own email, existing customers, and agency or team accounts arranged through our sales process are not referrals.
4. What you earn
Your rate is set at approval and shown in your portal. The current default is 20% of the subscription payments we actually collect from a referred account, for as long as that account remains a paying customer. Refunds, chargebacks, credits, and discounts reduce the amount collected and therefore the amount you earn. That includes the signup discount your own code gives, so a discounted first month earns you less than a full one. Taxes, token packs, and one-time purchases are not subscription revenue.
4a. Your signup code
On approval we issue you a code that takes a set amount off a referred account's first month. It is applied automatically when someone reaches us through your link. We set the amount, may change it, and may withdraw or replace a code at any time. The code is for your audience, not for your own accounts.
5. How and when you are paid
Commission accrues per payment and is paid out periodically to the payout method we make available to you, once your accrued balance is at least $1 and after a holding period of 0 days to allow for refunds. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn and for giving us accurate tax information when we ask for it. We may withhold or reverse payment for referrals that turn out to be invalid, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
6. How you may promote
Describe AgentFoundry accurately and do not make claims we have not published. Disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever you use it, in line with the FTC endorsement guides and any local equivalent. Do not bid on or run paid ads against the AgentFoundry name or our trademarks, send unsolicited bulk messages, use our brand in a way that suggests you are us, or promote to anyone under 18.
7. Changes and ending
We may change rates, windows, minimums, and these terms with notice by email to the address on your application. Changes apply to referrals made after the notice. Either of us may end your participation at any time; commission already earned on valid referrals is still paid under section 5.
8. The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes handled as described in our terms of service. Our privacy policy covers what we do with your information.
